Rose,
We are so sorry to hear of Perry's passing. No one could ever have a better neighbor than we had all of those years we lived next door. He was a terrific man and we've missed him and you since we moved away. Perry will be in all of our prayers as will you.

Mrs. McCobb and family, I'm so sorry to hear of Perry's passing this week. I always admired his dedication to his family and church. I remember him fondly because he always found the time to speak to me as a concerned mentor while I was growing up in Agawam. Never met a man more dedicated to his favorite causes. Please accept my condolences.

My Uncle Perry was a wonderful man who taught me the joy of country living by his patience and good will. As a "city" boy, I had many wonderful summer vacations with Perry and Aunt Rose. I learned how to snap beans, attend Springfield Cubs ball games, harvest tomatoes, and drive a model A chassis without a car body. He was a most kind and sharing uncle to both me and my sister Peg. We shall always remember him in our hearts.
