Not sure what to say?

A day doesn't go by that I don't hear his voice or think of Perry. I miss him so much, he was my mentor.

Noel I am so sorry for your loss. Although I only knew him from our car deals he was always kind, straight forward and never left without taking a picture! He will be missed by myself and many others.

I feel honored and privileged to have known Perry as a mediator in the courtroom. He was a man of character, integrity, and a true humanitarian. He provided invaluable service to his fellow citizens and did so with tremendous compassion and empathy. He will be truly missed.

Perry was a sweet friend who was always interested in you as you were talking. He was so kind and a friend to all. He will be missed and my thoughts are with Noel and his family during these tough days.

I am thankful for Perry's generosity in the form of the McGriff Scholarship. His gift helped me complete graduate school.

Perry was a very good man, a very good family man, a very good leader, a very good employer, a very good friend, and more. Heaven now has a very good man. Thank you Perry for sharing you life with us.
