He is survived by his father, Perry O. Smith; sister, Janie Smith; and brothers, Mark Smith, Jimmy Smith, and Michael Smith.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 12:30PM to 2PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 2PM. Burial will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
