I just heard of Perry's passing. I would like to offer condolences to his family. This man truly changed my life and I was very saddened to hear of his death. He was a wonderful caring therapist and I will never forget him.

Perry my friend, I will always remember our lunches and the many times we shared.

So sorry to hear about Perry's death. We worked together in the adolescent treatment program at Parkside. He was a very caring and compassionate person, with a wonderful sense of humor. He helped so many people, and will be greatly missed. Praying for his family during this difficult time.

Charolette and Matthew, I just read about Perry's passing and I am so sorry that I missed the service. I worked with Perry at Thomas Hospital. He was a wonderfuland kind person.
