Woolley April 15, 1955 - July 5, 2019 Perry (64) was called home July 5, 2019 after a roller-coaster illness following a stroke in May. Services will be held Wednesday July 10 at St. James (Hwy NN) Mukwonago, Visitation with the family from 4 - 5:45 pm with a Funeral Mass at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family or Life's Connection are appreciated.
Perry was a great guy. We will miss seeing him at church and around Mukwonago. We are fortunate to live nextdoor to his son and Grand Children. Perry raised a son that anyone would be proud of. Lord have mercy on Perry and all his family.

Perry was an inspiration to an entire community.
