I´m Benjamin Cummins I took karate with Pete and his two kids he was the nicest man you could meet hade a big heart aways smile Chad and his sister are very nice people I´m very happy to know them

Peter Jay...we can't imagine our lives without you...you went so fast we didn't get to say goodbye but that's ok since we never want to say goodbye to you...I will stick with the "I love you" or "you know I love you" or "it's your favorite brother calling". You will always be in our hearts and memories and boy do we have some crazy memories with our Peter Jay...love you always an hugs to all our family.

I remember him from high school. I also remember him having a funny sense of humor and a really nice person.

Luwana,Chad&Brandi, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad/Husband. I have a lot of good memories of him thru out the years. He was always kind as a person and police officer. I worked with Pete while employed by the City of Mount Vernon, I so enjoyed seeing him as often as I could. Pete always brought a smile to my face and was a true friend when I needed one. I am so sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed by many who where fortunate enough to know him. Sending my blessings to the Lindberg family.

Luwana, Chad, Brandi and family, I am so so sorry to hear of Pete´s passing. I worked with your husband and dad for 28 years with the City of Mount Vernon, but interacting with him through my employ at the Municipal Court. Pete was an amazing, talented, and devoted Policeman and friend. A true hero to many ! Please know that I am so very sorry. See you at his memorial
