Not sure what to say?

I knew him as Petey. He was the first person I met at the college of Charleston. And one of my favorite stories too tell is our first meeting when I told him I was from Philadelphia. I he told me... And I quote...."Lee Surrendered, but I didn´t!" At that point I wasn´t sure who Lee was or what the hell he was talking about! Took me a day but I figured it out! Anyway we became friends shortly there after and I always thought he was a cool dude and a good friend! So Sorry and saddened.

Gonna miss you brother. You will always be the kindest , friendliest , fun loving , and good hearted soul that I had the privilege to meet many moons ago . And you were still the same Petey last time I saw you . RIP

I´m so deeply sadden to hear of Petey´s passing. I wish I could´ve made it today. We grew up and went to Huntsville High together. My thoughts and prayers and condolences.

To the Barber family, I am so sorry for the loss of such an energetic young man. May his memory be a blessing to all who mourn and the good memories bring comfort of a life well lived.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Petey, you were like a son to me. You were an awesome friend to my sons and I want you to know how you were and will continue to be loved. We will miss you and that big heart and smile. Rest In Peace Petey. God will take care of you forever. We love you

My deepest sympathies go out to Petey´s daughters, sister and Mom and Dad. I´m absolutely heartbroken to hear this news from brother Sid. He was a dear friend of his and all of us Criglers ADORED Petey!!!! Prayers lifted during this most difficult time!!! You will be sorely missed, Petey!! You were a fine young man!!!!

All my love Pete
