We just found out of Sen. Barnes passing. Sending many love and prayers to the family friends and colleagues who knew and loved Pete. Gil worked with him on his senate campaign when we both first moved to NJ and Petes love for people, pizza, and his humbleness have always stayed with us. God bless you all in this season of loss.

I worked with judge Barnes and, unlike other approaches to other peoples, I felt his was genuine. He had a natural and strong personality essence. I knew within me that he was not an ordinary man. I feel sad that I never got to telling that but, Who would've guessed?
