Peter is always in our thoughts and prayers

Although I saw Peter only occasionally on campus, he was always kind and considerate. I will miss his presence here dearly. He made this world a better place.

I was so saddened to learn about Pete's passing this morning. I've known Pete from the many times we crossed paths as fellow staff members at Amherst College. Even if I was having a stressful day, Pete always managed to make me smile with a joke or a friendly hello. He had such a warm heart. He was always eager to learn more about people and to help someone out when they needed a hand. I'm so sorry for your loss. Kristen, Carissa and Amanda, my kids and I were in the same position as you are now 5 years ago. It is such a shock and you feel like your dying. I feel your pain. All I can say is you will pull through this. Always know he is with you. Always. Remember the happy times.
