Not sure what to say?

I will forever be grateful to Pete for giving me my first job at Herbertsville Deli. Pete was one of the kindest, most generous employers. He and his family were kind and treated all of the employees with respect and made coming to work enjoyable. Pete's mother's rice pudding also made coming to work enjoyable! Although it has been over 30 years since I had seen Pete, I will always remember him in a fond way. Rest in Peace Pete. You will be missed by many.

To the Family,

My deepest condolences for your great loss. Pete was a true gentleman, father , husband, wrestling dad and fan. His loss is not only a loss for the wonderful Benninger family, but for all if Brick and the surrounding area. Pete’s empathy, generosity and humanity were limitless! Rest In Peace my friend!

Great memories of Pete at Mount St Mary’ University and a trip to Florida.

I only knew Pete for a short time but he was just a nice guy. I felt we hit it off and considered him a friend. Rest In Peace Pete.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
