Not sure what to say?

I worked for Yutana Barge Lines many years ago. Peter bought the company from my boss Artha Shelver. One time I showed him my SKS rifle which I carried in the truck after having a run-in one-night heading back to Fairbanks which was about 60 miles away. It was a pleasure to be a guest at Peter´s home in Portland, Oregon and share in the genealogy of our family roots. David Mark Harr Barnhart

I am sorry to hear of Peter's passing. I was introduced to him through Len Braarud. All three of us shared a mutual passion for the works of Harry Chase. I enjoyed emailing with Peter about his paintings. My thanks to Peter for the interesting interactions.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

For 22 years Peter raised his flag on his giant flagpole in Gearhart...as his next door neighbor there I appreciated him for letting us see which way the wind blew the flag.....he knew that wind is a big factor at the beach.Thank you Peter.

Noydena, Sarah & Family, I send my condolences and best wishes to all of you during this difficult time. Peter was a friend and a trusted client during my banking years. God Bless. John Eskildsen

Several years of mowing your lawn Peter and Noydena, rest in peace Peter.

Peter was a fine friend, wise counsel, great mentor and the best investor one could hope for. He will be missed. God Bless.

Noydena dear, Peter will be in our memories forever. His humility was characteristic of a man confident in his accomplishments. Bonnie and I treasure our time with him those many years ago. Peter
