Enjoyed talking with Peter whenever the Black Eagles performed at Mt. Gretna, PA. We shared some unique connections. We were both born in 1932, Peter on Sept. 5 and I on Sept. 9. We were a couple of Depression era babies who entered the world with tenor banjos on our laps. Our condolences to Peter's wife and family and to his fellow bandsmen.
