Read MoreI worked for Peter in 1974-75 as the lone waitress at his restaurant in New Haven and at his Chinese delicatessen around the corner. I have fond memories of him as a kind and caring man. Once when I was sick he made me some broth with mustard greens and it really helped my stomach. May he rest in peace.
