Not sure what to say?

I still miss you, Pete. You were such a ray of sunshine at Cleveland State and I will never forget your laugh. I love you, Peter.

20 years! Still think of him and have a photo of him in my sitting room. He is now joined by friends Karen and Steve who also died too young. May we all be together again one day.

It's hard to believe it's been 20 years. It's been over 50 years since I first met Pete. He, Craig Horner, and I were like the Three Musketeers, but instead of rapiers, we had comics. Instead of muskets, we had imagination. We were 'outsiders' on the inside. I remember times he stayed over, talks we had, and feel a sense of loss over the adventures we never did. I know it is my loss, and likely my fault, that we grew apart over the years. I had two brothers and none were ever as close as...

My sincere thanks to all who have sent such beautiful letters about Peter. They have meant so much to our family. While trying to find comfort and strength I was reading from 1 Cor.15. One of the verses referred to Daniel 12:3. "Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever". That's you Peter. I love you. How incredibly blessed we were to have you as our beautiful exuberant brother. Thanks...

Dear family and friends of Peter;
I am heartbroken to hear of Peter's death only this past week.

I met Peter in Cleveland Ohio about 1979 when I joined the choir at First United Methodist church.
Peter was singing there as well We soon became fast friends along with Karen, Bill and Stephen. In fact Karen, Bill, Peter and myself put together a Gershwin/Porter revue and had many a riotous laugh in the process.

Peter was a whirlwind of...

Was shocked about Peter's death. I have found memories of him coming over to visit with my sister Priscilla. It was too soon for someone like Peter to be taken away. I will always remember him!

As our friend Karen Rees wrote me, when i told her of Peter's death.."The Day the Music Died....literally". Peter was music to the marrow of his bones.... bright, humorous, loving.....and most of all, human! Though our lives took us in different directions, he has a very special place in my heart. From time to time, i would ring him up in Omaha and catch up.....the last time the call lead to my discovery of his passing. I loved and love Peter. My heart goes out to his family and dear...

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Clogg, Betsy, Judy and family,

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Peter. I remember Peter as a bright,cute little boy who possessed an amazing musical talent.I have been reading the postings from the many people who had the pleasure to know Peter as a grown man. What a wonderful tribute to the little boy I knew back in LeRoy, Ohio.

One is never truly gone if there are those who remember you....I believe Peter will live on forever.
Peter...
