Read MoreI remember meeting Pete when I was house hunting in ABQ back in 1993. I was impressed with the houses he was building, so plunked down my money and have been here ever since, one of the original owners. I was sorry to learn of his passing, and my condolences go out to his family.

Deepest condolences to the Cogen family. Peter and I were good friends growing up. I got to see him at our 50th reunion last year which was wonderful. Our thoughts and prayers are with Fran and her family at this difficult time.
