I was a Customer Svc Rep 3, DHS. Sen Courtney and Marge always welcome this person ANYTIME when I'd walk from my office in Barbara Roberts building across the street to his! Both were so gracious and listened! They both seemed like friends giving me good information. We talked business and other things like our need to help animals! He is greatly missed.

A Courtney message: Be Present. God Bless You West By God Virginia! - Judy Corwin

So sorry for your loss. Remember the Courtney´s well. Margie you were one of my best teachers and I knew your family through the Salem Family YMCA where I was a teacher for 20 years and became Child Development Director there for a couple of off site preschools. Sending hugs and Prayers to the family

I am so very sorry for your loss Margie and your family! Prayers for all of you! With Love Sally Hall (Former student of yours Margie)

As Oregonians, we are all truly better off because of Peter's hard work on our behalf. I was fortunate to have worked along side Peter when he worked as a Hearings Officer for the State of Oregon eons ago. My condolences to Margie and his family. May God's all encompassing love carry you through your time of grief.

God bless him and the Courtney family. His is truly a life well lived and leaving a huge legacy! I was fortunate to have known he and his brother at Charleston Catholic. May he rest in Christ´s peace.

I knew Peter at Charleston Catholic High School many years ago. Was so sorry to learn of his death. His family is in my prayers
