To the D'Andrea family. My deepest condolences to you and the friends who knew and loved Peter.. He was a great man who would give you the shirt off his back. A dedicated husband and loving father. A man of deep faith who regularly attended church. He touched countless lives in the culinary arts and exhibited the highest degree of professionalism. Heaven gained an angel. Rest In Peace Peter.

One need only meet Peter's family and friends to know he was a good man. I had the honor to work with him and to spend time in friendship, albeit, not enough time. Best wishes to his family and friends as they adjust to life without this cheerful, funny and loving man in their lives. And praise be to God for what Peter has already given the world.
