Not sure what to say?

I was a Physical Therapist serving at Ireland Army Hospital at Fort Knox Kentucky 71-72. Sgt Dancy was our clinic NCOIC. I often think, still, about how he "covered" for me and Lt Hardy when we returned late to clinic after spending the noon hour playing handball. He opened the fire escape door at the back of the clinic, allowing Terry and I to sneak back into the clinic while he distracted the colonel so we could get back and resume our duties without being seen. This went on once or...

Hi, my name is Michelle and I am a member of St. John A.M.E. Church. I just remember seeing him in church and always smiling especially when Ms. Dancy is singing her solo part in a song. I will miss his presence there. Ms. Dancy continue to be strong and God will take care of you!

Ernestine and family, I would like to take this time to send my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I am Karen's sister (Linda) in Kansas City and we met the two of you at their home many years ago. Ron's dad treated us as if he had known us his entire life. Wow, we had a good time that day. Please find comfort in knowing that he made a lasting good impression in our family. Stay prayerful.

Ernestine,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. May God's abiding presence bring you comfort and peace.

Dear Ernestine,
I was so saddned to hear that Pete had passed. My prayer is that you be comforted and at peace.
"So the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away."Isaiah 51:11

With much Love,
TTBOD

Ms. Dancy,

Mr. "D", as he will always be affectionately known to us, will always be in our hearts, for he touched us to the core of them. Our prayers are with you and your family. God has an awesome soldier that is now a part of His heavenly Army.

Blessings to you and your family,

"The Sisters" - SGM(R) Linda Hearon and LTC (USAR) Wilhelmenia DeVone-Harvey

Ernestine, You have my deepest sympathy, I regret hearing of the death of Peter. I know God will take care of you, and surround you with his love, in your time of grief and mourning

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me , all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

To the Dancy family, we are saddened to hear of the death of peter. We trust your faith and family strength will guide you through these sad and stressful times. He was a wonderful person. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them, that surely fits Dancy and his life.
Remember love and time heels all pain and turn sadness into fond memories. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and...

“For the Lord does not abandon anyone forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion according to the greatness of his unfailing love."
Lamentations 3:22-26; 31-32 (NLT)
My heart is saddened by your loss; my thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find some comfort and peace in your precious and wonderful memories with Peter.
