Not sure what to say?

Ancient Egyptians believed that upon death they would be asked two questions and their answers would determine whether they could continue their journey in the afterlife. The first question was, "Did you bring joy?" The second was, "Did you find joy?"

Peter's answers to these questions would have been easy yes's. Now Peter's beloved Niki, Finn and many others grieve the gift of joy that he was and mourn the unfinished joy that in a a better world, he would have continued to...

Dearest Joel, our deepest sympathies to you. my mom read about Peter and hoping to get in touch with you and send a memorial to his son's education fund. Will you please contact me to provide more information. We had such fun as kids with our Mom's being such dear friends. I still remember the several summers we went to William O'Brien State Park on 4rth of July together as families. We miss you, your brother, and mom. I hope you are OK.

To the family of Peter Davies,
You dont know me...I am a second cousin to Peter and Joel. I am a cousin to his Dad Jim. I just contacted Peter the other day..I had no clue anything had happened to Peter. I am so sad not have never met Peter but I send my deepest sympathy to your entire family and if you ever wish to contact me I would love to talk to you. God bless you all.

Sorry, I won't be able to join you today at Gnon.Know that I'm there with you in spirit. Also, that you still have lots of support from the NETS Staff. We will miss Pete. Take Care.

Peter and Finn

I worked with Pete for many years at NYFS (NETS). He was a great friend and a great therapist. He will be missed, but most of all remembered. He always made us smile and I will always remember when I told somoene he was so smart he could be president!

I met Pete for the first time this June on the ultimate frisbee fields in Madison. From the moment I saw him grin for the first time I knew he would be an awesome guy to share the game with for the summer and a perfect addition to the EGL posse. Laidback, even-keeled, humorous, thoughtful, kind, AND a wicked defender and athlete. My husband, son, and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend camping with him, his wife Niki, and son Finn. Even though it had only been a few weeks, I felt...
