Pete, those who knew you also knew what a kind, caring heart was behind that rugged (yet charming) exterior. I'm so saddened that your hurt ran so deep. Rest in peace and fly free into the purple sky, old friend... My sincere condolences to Niki and Peter...may you find comfort in knowing your dad is no longer suffering and may the love of family and friends help you through your grief.

Peter at Putnam Park in Redding, 1979. That's when I knew him. Peter was my high school sweetheart. Wonderful memories!!! He took me to his Senior Prom at Fairfield Prep and to see The Boss in concert at Madison Square Garden. My sincere condolences to his sister, Alison and his children, Niki and Peter IV. Love you very much, Peter, may you rest in peace!
