Peter was unique in so many ways; born, raised and educated in the East and yet he was a Man of the West. He understood the history of the West, its people and its' issues. He was a wonderful friend and colleague who was exceptional company and a great story teller. The world is a lesser place with his passing. He will e sorely missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.
