I just learned of Dr Desio´s passing. Like many, he was my professor at UNH. He was a brilliant, kind and extremely witty person. I am glad I knew him and am better for it. God blesss "Desio".

Peter (Doctor Desio) was one of my professors when I was attending the University of New Haven in the late sixties. I especially remember his classes in Organic Chemistry. He was always well prepared. He made it easy to learn the material. I last talked to him a few years ago. He was a terrific person who had a positive influence on my life and no doubt many others. I will miss him. Bob Manzella
