Peter was born on June 18, 1941 and passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2016. Peter was a resident of Quincy, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. He was married to Carol. Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Tuesday August 9 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM at St. Maryâs Church 215 Crescent St. W. Quincy. Burial with Military Honors is at Pine Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Peterâs memory may be made to the Quincy Animal Shelter 56 Broad St. Quincy MA 02169.

We were sadden to hear of your Grandfather's passing. He was a nice man who always took the time to say hi if we ever saw each other in the neighborhood. During this very difficult time may you find peace in the special memories you hold in your heart thinking of him.
