Peter Dzwonkoski

It was with sadness that today I learned of Peter's passing; three months after the fact. We worked hand-in-glove years ago for the benefit of his beloved Department of Rare Books and Special Collections at the University of Rochester. He left a meaningful legacy for the library and lasting cherished memories with those who had the privilege of knowing this very special person. Jack Kreckel, Rochester, NY

We always called him Golden Boy because he shone in everything he did. But as Robert Frost noted, "nothing gold can stay." He will always stay in my heart, though, as my beloved big brother and in Vin's heart as his dear best friend. We looked up to him, we laughed with him, we argued with him, we had so much fun with him, and we loved him so much.
Cass and Julia, we are with you in spirit today, sharing your grief.

Peter will forever be missed. We had some wonderful times at the beach. Colleen, Jon and I loved him so much and think about him every day. I'm glad all the siblings got together last year. Rest in peace, dear brother.
