Send FlowersPeter was born on August 9, 1938 and passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017. Peter was a resident of Dover, Delaware at the time of passing. He served in the United States Air Force retiring after 20 years, as MSGT. Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
