Not sure what to say?

Dear sweet Mary, We had so many mostly wonderful (Vietnam) experiences together between 1966 and 2015 due to our USMC background. You two were always full of fun and laughter! So funny you could have been a tv act, the kind of friends you could see after 30 years and start off just like it was yesterday! Also, friends that were right there ready to lend a hand when needed. We love you, our prayers are with you and all of your family. Bill and Millie

David my son and I went with Peter to the Swan lake area. We backpacked 12 miles into the Bob Marshall wilderness area to camp and fish. He was also best man for our wedding.

Peter and Mary are living in the same Senior Living Center as I am, and it was a pleasure to get to know them. They were always friendly and fun to be around, and I appreciated their faith in God. I know I will see Peter again in the future, and that is a sincere relief. The children and grandchildren have many great memories to fall back on. RIP Peter!

Heartfelt sympathy to Mary, Peter, Paul, Romney, Carol & Fred. Peter was a true American patriot & I grieve with you as an old family friend & 12-year classmate at St. Leo´s. Hopefully Nita has a reunion going in heaven!

I remember a time when Peter and I were floating down the swan river and we stopped on a sand bar to fish a hole where we pulled our raft up. Then two small bear cubs came out of the bushes behind us and I said we better get out of here and then a mother Griz came charging out of the bushes and we were already shoving our rubber raft into the current and we caught the current in the nick of time that mother Griz came into the water just as we floated out of reach scared the crap out of us....

Mary, my thoughts are with you and the family at this time of Peter's death. What wonderful memories from being in your wedding party, to visiting you and the kids when you lived in Littleton, Col to the last time we were all together at the High School's 50th class reunion. May he rest in peace.

We were best of friends all through high school. Lived on the same block and Dr. Erenfeld was our family physician. Knew Butz and Mary but they had their own group to hang out with. Peter and I shared many memories.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. To Mary Rae Erenfeld and all the Erenfeld family peace and strength to each of you. Carol and Ken Hoover, Sunbury,OHIO
