Pete was my godfather and although it has been a long time since I saw him, and I have fond remembrances of him from my youth and days in Manchester. I knew he was a dedicated and respected leader and public servant--important points to me for someone in the role my parents chose for him to have in my life. My sincere condolences to his family.

In my years with The Union Leader we always found Pete as a fair and honest friend. His dedication to ROTARY and the SALVATION ARMY was impeccable. He was a Cop's "cop" from beginning to end alongside his Chief mentor, Chief Tom King. Will always respect his friendship. Don Anderson Marco Island, Florida
