Read MoreUncle Pete was always an inspiration to me. I took my test for the Air Force while in college, but they suggested I finish college and enter as an officer. I then met my husband and was grounded on the farm.

I am sorry to here about Uncle Pete's passing. I remember having passionate discussions with him about baseball; and somehow repeatedly losing games of "HORSE" to him even though I was the better basketball player! My thoughts go out to aunt Nancy, Karen, David and Linda. He will be missed by many.
