to the fess family, i just this day found out about pete's passing and was shocked and saddened by this event. pete was a team-mate of mine in baseball and was surely a great basketball player. i was witness to most all of the 1,100 points he scored and remember very well his 1,000th point against balley-ellard hs. i also valued his friendship as we ran into each other through the years many times. we would always talk about our families and, of course, sports. i hadn't seen him in a few...

My sympathies go out to Pete's family and friends. I was lucky enough to have known Pete for a number of years. He was an amazing person and he will be missed.

I have many memories of the Fess Brothers and their genuine good nature and fun loving demeanor. It has been a very long time since I have seen Ed Fess and even longer since seeing Pete Fess but my heartfelt condolences and prayers go out the their families. RIP Pete Fess!

Very sorry to hear about Pete passing. I always looked forward to my visits to West Orange, stopping at Fess' Tory Corner catching up and remininiscing with Pete and Paul. I will keep you all in my prayers.
