Peter Francis Finnerty

To the Finnedrty Family:
My condolences and sympathy at the death of Peter. I was a classmate at St. Francis Seminary and served together as deacons in Altoona, PA. I also drove Peter to and from Ny ( I lived in Yonkers) I introduced Peter to Chinese food. He was a great guy and a very good priest. I was sorry to hear that Father Finnerty had passed away. He was a good friend to my Dad. I will always be grateful for the Phillies tickets he gave us back in November of 2009. We went to see one of the best games I'll ever go to. The Phillies beat the Dodgers that night and advanced to play the Yankees in the World Series. Wehad a lot of fun and if not for Father Finnerty this would not have been possible. To the whole Finnerty family I am sorry for your loss.
