Not sure what to say?

Peter was a great and kind man. He greeted all the customers and employees every day at Bryan's--it made the store a very special place to work. He had a dignified presence, and everyone respected him. Laurel Village won't be the same without him.

Aloha Peter, I am so grateful to have had the honor and privilege of learning from you and working by your side. I will always admire the ease and grace with which your presence commanded respect-paired with a steady, paternal authority that inspired trust and confidence in everyone around you. Thank you for pouring your energy, care, and time into lifting all of us to a higher standard-cultivating character, honoring hard work, and instilling a deep appreciation for service and...

I'm so sad to hear this peter u r the kindest boss I ever had I cherished the time I worked for u and the family. I love coming to work because your workplace is like a family I'll really miss u I'm Theresa your friend

We send our warmest condolences to Mrs. Flannery and Peter's entire family. As longtime Bryan's customers, it felt so special to greet or be greeted and chat with Peter. His kindness and big heart always came through; we admired the sweet and gentle way in which he communicated with staff and customers alike. As modest as he seemed, he also felt larger than life. He will be missed.

When I was 17 years old, I had the privilege of working for Terry and Peter at their beloved family business, Bryan´s Grocery. I spent a lot of time working closely with Peter, helping him with whatever he needed. He was a class act by every standard-kind, caring, and incredibly charismatic. His friends would stop by so often that it felt like I was working alongside a movie star. It was easy to see how deeply he was loved by many. Peter was much more than just my boss - he was a role model,...

So sorry to hear he is no longer here. When I volunteeted for Ronald Mcdonald house he very generously donated fruit to both houses for years and he gave us great advice on meat putchases for many years. Very gracious man.

Loudel, Petra, and Meehan, As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Peter was one of the most caring people I ever met and very witty. He will be deeply missed and remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Deepest Sympathy.

I've know Peter and Terry for over 35 years. I love them both, and I've had the privilege of working for them and side by side with Pete for several years. I truly enjoyed it. Pete was a craftsman-meticulous with an exceptional attention to detail with regard to everything he did. Beyond his skill, he was a man with a big heart. Very giving. I remember him always donating and giving back. I recall him loading the van for the Little Sisters of the Poor, while their driver assisted. ...

Peter reflected deep character, a giving heart, great sense of humor. Peter was a gift to all of us who called him a friend.
