Not sure what to say?

Dear Janet and Family,
With COVID and the shut-down of the Chancery, I am just learning of our dear Deacon Peter's death today. I am so shocked and saddened. I always enjoyed his phone-calls to me in the Liturgy Office at the Chancery with RCIA questions and planning when the Archbishop or Bishops visited the Olympic peninsula. In those conversations, I always felt like a better person when I hung up. I will miss him very much and I will hold you all in prayer as I hope Deacon Peter...

Mom, Our hearts ache and likely will for some time. Know that we are praying with you and for you. I so wish that there were more memories to make with Dad. The kids adored their Papa and loved him so much! We will forever cherish every memory we were blessed to make together.
Sending prayers and baby bear hugs...love, Cat

Rest in Peace, Sir. I know you are in Heaven with our most merciful God.

Condolences to and prayers for Janet and the rest of the family who are sorely missing Pete and his presence and positive attitude and words.

Dear Janet and Family,

My prayers and sympathy upon the death of Pete. He and your family were special to Joe and me at the Naval War College for the wonderful times we shared and above all, our Catholic faith. I am happy we have kept in touch and hope you will continue to do so. Your beautiful family and friends will encase you in love and prayer and that will be a true blessing.
Thinking of all of you.

My dearest Janet, so sorry for your loss. Loved chatting with Decon FLatley. Sending hugs.

I had honor of celebrating Mass with Deacon Peter

We lost a good man. Condolences to Janet and all the family

Pete was a member of SAMP (Sequim Area Marine Pilots). I always looked forward to seeing Pete at our monthly meetings. It will not be the same without him.

Deacon Peter Flatley, gracious and kind, walked in the light of Christ Jesus. In the silence of our hearts whispers Hope. Our Heartfelt Sympathy
