Peter Paul Fuchs

Dr. Fuchs was such a great influence in the music world. I was his student at LSU during 1957-60, and again in 1969. He made opera come to life for so many and it was a privilege to have the opportunity to sing under his direction. I have many fond memories of opera lab with him --learning to walk to music in 3/4 time--allowing me to bring my new son to La Boheme rehearsals, and having other cast members care for him while I was on stage, and many more.
