My sincere condolences to Peter's wife and family. I had the opportunity to work with Peter on several business deals and always appreciated the experience. His warm smile and solid professionalism were always in abundance!

I will miss Peter's quiet sense of humor and wisdom. He often mentioned his love for gardening which apparently he had a lot of talent for. My one comment to him early on in our relationship was "weeds did very well under my guidance". The perplexed look on his face I found delightful. My trips to York will not be the same. My deepest sympathies to his family. Keep the memories living.

Peter was a valued commercial real estate colleague and reliable source of information for all things York or Kittery. I had the pleasure of doing several deals with him and will miss him terribly. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family in this difficult time. Our profession is that much poorer with Peter’s loss.
