Not sure what to say?

Dear Heidi and Bobby:

I am very sorry for your loss of your Dad. Peter was a wonderful man full of joy, compassion, and wisdom.

Today I made his garlic & eggs in his honor. I have enjoyed them since 1993 when he first made them for me. I now add a lot of Vidalia onions first but I still call them Peter's garlic & eggs.

My condolences to your family. I was sad to read that Peter had passed away. I enjoyed our five minute talks outside Weaver Street Market. It was easy to tell he was a wonderful guy. I will miss those conversations.
Sincerely,
Susan Powell

My Dearest Heidi and Bobby, My heart goes out to you both during this trying time. We have all lost a friend and a man who loved life and the people around him. I can't help but smile when I think of all the joy Peter gave to so many. XO Kathryn Cohen

Heidi,
I was sorry to have missed you, when you were in NC. I have thought of you and Peter much during these last few weeks. He was a good friend, and always knew how to enjoy his life. We shared much laughter, good food and music, and I will miss him.
I hope your many memories bring you some comfort.
Please call me if you are back in NC. I would like to take you out to dine in one of Peter's favorite places, and lift a glass of wine to him.
Take care,

I will miss Peter. He is a true friend and was there for me in tough times and good. I especially admired his ability to relate to anyone and everyone. His passion for food and dance were a joy to share. I am sorry for his family and Carrboro's loss.
