Not sure what to say?

Pete, Sorry, to learn of your passing. You were a good man, musician and friend. I knew you at Rose City Park Elementary and in high school. I remember that you loved basketball and liked to be called Pistol Pete. Over the years, we sometimes met in the community and would talk about the past, mutual acquaintances and our lives. I know that you will be missed by many. Happy wanderings my friend.

I played bass for short time in The Pipsqueaks. As a bassist, I loved Pete's playing. I wish I had had the opportunity to get to know him more as a person but our time together was just too short. He's been gone some 12 years now and I only knew him for a short time 20+ years before that yet I still remember how much I enjoyed playing music with him.

I'm sorry to hear of Peter's passing. I think of the Jorgusens and the other families from my childhood when I visit my parents on Sacramento Street where they still live. For me Peter will always be that cute, skinny kid in the red, white and blue basketball uniform shooting hoops in the Madison High School gym. My family sends their prayers.

No end to the memories. We had great times, happy high jinx, and a great friendship. I'll miss you. Rest in peace, Cheeks.

Dear Peter - Growing up, you were the little brother I never had. I cherish your smile and the sound of your drums. Your family is a part of my heart and soul. I love you all dearly.

I'm thankful we were able to spend time with the family at Don and Betty's in Seaside. It was nice to see everyone and finally get together once again. We have many fond memories of our Christmases together at Grandma Chickie's.
Love to all.

May you rest in peace Pete. Many loved you and will miss you.

Rest in Peace Uncle Pete. I will never forget you and all the family memories we have shared. You have touched the lives of so many people and your spirit will always live on in the hearts and minds of those who love you. You will be missed.

Love always, your niece

Our deepest sympathies. My sisters and I fondly remember "little Pete" from our days as neighbors.
