Peter Keppley

I've known Peter and his parents since the 7th grade! We graduated together. He was ALWAYS so laid back, as compared to me......the "mouth!" LOL. I loved his mother and his father, Sterling, whom I sat beside for several years on our Boro Council telling me I was only a Democrat because my parents were! He was correct!
