Not sure what to say?

i just heard of peter's passing in my issue of gettysburg. i grew up down the street on springfield ave. in summit and later used to ride back and forth between college and summit during breaks. peter always had a great sense if humor and could get a laugh by putting any situation in a funny light. condolensces to olga and fred whom i have known since childhood and to his wife, children and family.

wow, I was wondering why I hadn't heard from him.. he visited me out here in Oregon a couple of times, once with Ian and Ivy.. I'd say our friendship had a profound effect on my life, especially musically.. we wrote a couple of songs together and I plan to dig those up and record them.. "Drinkin' Buddy" was one.. RIP..

I will miss Peter's daily blog postings in which he showed a great love for his country, for his fellow man, and for the beleaguered country of Israel. He was a fighter for all that is just and true in the world an enemy of the Evil that threatens to engulf us all. May his memory be a blessing!! (Joseph Nerenberg)

To Peter's wonderful Family,
Peter will be truly missed!! He was a very good friend to my Wife and I. When Patti was in the Hospital, Peter put a beautiful Photo collage of Gorgeous places he had been too and gave this gift to her. We always look at it together and remember how happy it made her. Thank you Peter for always being there for me, for always having an incouraging word and a piece of wisdom to share with me. GOD SPEED MY FRIEND!!

Hello, Im very sorry to hear about Peter's passing. Peter and I were in a band called the Goodyear Blymp. He was the lead singer and I played bass. This was in 1968 when we were in 12th grade at Summit High. Our claim to fame was a band job at B. Altmans playing for a fashion show. Peter was very dynamic when he was singing and I enjoyed his friendship. God bless him. Sincerely, David Fein
