Aunt Mae and cousins,
We have good memories over the years and in the last years not as many as we all grow older. However, one really fun memory was at a get-to-gether a few years back at Oakdale Park church with cousins and Aunts & Uncles. We played a remake of the 'Dating Game' and Uncle Pete had so many funny comments and memories. It was such a fun night!

Our prayers are with you all!

Mae, Marilyn, Lisa and family,
Our prayers with you in this difficult time. I remember many great times on Crossroad Tours. Pete will be greatly missed by many.

Lisa, and family...may God bless you at this time of loss. I am a long lost childhood friend. I saw this in the paper and felt the need to respond.
I have not had the burden of losing a parent but feel so sorry that you have. I do remember how kind your family was and hope you find the comfort needed. God Rest. Erin

Mrs. Kuipers and family:
I met you and Mr. Kuipers first on 6 north and later on 5 heart center while I worked as a critical care nurse rounder at the hospital. I was so impressed by your and your family's care and compassion as you stayed by his side throughout his illness--I'm sure it was very comforting to him to have you there. It was evident to me what a special man he was, both by what you said and by his demeanor. I am so sorry for your loss. I was hoping he would get well. ...

Dear Deb, Larry and family...
We are so sorry for the loss of your father. While I never personally met him, I know he must have been a kind and compassionate man based on the dear friend I have in Deb. Take care - let me know what I can do to help. Love you!

Dear Mae, Rob and Marilyn, and all the family,
My deepest sympathy at the passing of Pete. I'm so sorry for your loss. What a dear and kind man. I will always remember how he had
that peppermint ready for me at church every time he saw me. It was especially touching for me because my own Father did the same thing and he's been gone for 25 years. I will be holding you up in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this most difficult time.
Love,

Dear Lisa, Steve, Olivia and Douglas, this note comes to each of you with our sincerest and deepest sympathy on the loss of your father and grandfather. May God bless each of you and give you the strength to endure this heartache and sadness.

Fondly and sincerely, Carolyn & John Strandquest and Family
