Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to the La Pointe family I'm varry sorry for your loss.
I worked with Pete for over 23 years and you will have to look high and low to find a better man. Robin Gilligan (Owatonna, MN)

To the LaPointe family, I too graduated with Pete from Rosemount High in 1965. I always thought Pete was one person that had his act together. He had his own group but he never kept anyone out. I will always rememebr him for that. I saw him at a reunion a while back and we spoke of the things that had taken place in our lives over the years. Although I wasn't in his circle of close friends I always thought warmly of him. He will be missed by all that knew him.

I met Betty and Peter at Misty and Brent's wedding and was engulfed in their warmth and felt so much at home. Our family sends a heart felt condolence to their family.
May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.
Deborah Huacuja

I am so sorry to hear about Pete, he was always had a quick smile and a great sense of humor. I know he will be greatly missed by all of the LaPointe family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Pete was a classmate of mine and in hearing of his death I am greatly saddened. He was a bright light to all that knew him. I pray that his family finds peace, love, and the best memories to sustain them. He will be watching all of you I am sure.

Maureen Mueller
Class of '65, Rosemount High

My Sympathy to Peter's family and also to my sister lis Thurber. The LaPoint family has had so much sarrow in the last few years. It is comforting to know that when we are done with this short time on earth there is a better place where there is no pain, no needs, and the warmth of God's smile to make eternity a beautiful place to be with all that have went befor us. Pete has no need to be carried by God anymore, now there are 2 sets of foot prints in the sand, he is walking with God now.

Our deepest sympathies to the LaPointe family in this time of loss. In the short period we knew Peter (Brent and Misty's move to Altoona, IA and later their wedding), we admired his sense of humor and devotion to his family. May you find comfort in the memory of him.

Berniece and family: My deepest condolences at the passing of Peter. The LaPointe family -- the children of Gerard, Elaine and Hyacinth -- are still part of my heritage and remain strong in my memories. Peace be to you all.

We are very sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
