Peter Larsen, 76, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. His loving wife of 47 years, Regina Larsen, was by his side as he passed peacefully.
Born in Catasauqua, PA, he was the son of the late John R. Larsen and Arline M. Gehris Larsen.
For many years, Peter owned and managed a car dealership in Pen Argyl, PA. He loved cars, especially Corvettes, boats, snowmobiles, four-wheelers, motorcycles… anything with a motor that he could rework and make faster. Later in life, he enjoyed wheeling, dealing, and negotiating any deals for himself and his family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister Petra Larsen; four children: Terry Larsen, Troy Larsen, Christopher Larsen and wife Rebekah, and Andrea (Larsen) Rice and husband Jameson; four grandchildren: Ireland Larsen, Addison Larsen, Gavin Larsen, and Francesca Rice; two step-grandchild: Seth and Shannon Fuechslin; in addition to several loved nieces and a nephew.
He was also proceeded in death by his grandson, Ashton Christopher Rice.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Pen Argyl, PA. The Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, Pen Argyl is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be offered at www.ruggierofuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered in Peter’s name to the Make a Wish foundation (https://wish.org), as he would like to help other children in honor of his grandson, Ashton Christopher
