Not sure what to say?

Dr. Lax took the greatest care of my son, Tristan, in an exceptional situation. He was compassionate and kind. Full of life and so funny. My sympathies to his family at this difficult time. Jean Roberts

Deepest condolences to Diane, Tim, and other members of the family that I never had the occasion to meet. The first time I met Peter was our first week at Colby College in Maine in September 1962. I immediately liked him and felt comfortable with him. Since then I have always looked up to him for his enthusiasm, energy, cheerfulness, and his wry sense of humor. His strong religious faith always impressed me. Not to mention his athleticism - like his father - without question. ...

What a sweet, humble and compassionate soul. I´m forever grateful to have had the privilege of having Peter as a colleague & friend. Rest in peace, Peter.

I had the pleasure of having him as my dentist for several years as a kid. He had a way of telling the best stories, making jokes, and making the appointments as comfortable as possible (especially when he had to pull close to 8 teeth). RIP, Dr.Lax.

So sorry to hear of yet another classmate from the AHS class of 1962. Peter was such a nice guy.

May the Lord take Peter into his bosom. I will always remember his kind-hearted and generous soul with love. May his memory bring peace and comfort to Diane and all his family.

Peter was a great friend and mentor. We shared stories of our families while hiking throughout Oregon and Washington. Rest in peace.

By the grace of the Holy Spirit, Peter is now unified with the Lord. Peter, pray for us. Bill Grannan
