Not sure what to say?

Oh Elisabeth, I just found out about Peter's passing and am shocked and saddened. I have so many fond memories of working with Peter at Westside Internal Medicine and always enjoyed his wit, humor and pithy comments. Sending my deepest condolences with love and prayers. Kathryn

Peter was my doctor for many years. He was unique, always addressed the complete person rather than just a particular complaint. He shared stories of his service in Vietnam. He was very proud of his daughter Makely and son Baker. I am delighted to have met both of them. Peter was the epitome of the ideal doctor! Warm regards to the family. Tuck Wilson.

Wishing you peaceful memories of past times. Peter was such a calm and thoughtful man. Our family and yours were neighbors on Patton Court and we worked together when I was practicing physical therapy.

I was sorry to hear about the passing of DR Lyon. He was my PCP for many years. It was a big blow when he retired but I'm glad he enjoyed his retirement. He did so much for so many throughout his life Jim Maass

Peter and I and our dogs had lots of enlightening chatter over the years walking around Green Hills....other than when his much larger dogs tried to chase something and take poor Peter for a fling! Those were enjoyable chats and I learned so much from him....I will really miss those good times..... Randy Miller

Elisabeth - I am so very sorry to learn of Peter's passing. Please know I am sending you lots of love and hugs. All my best - Julie

Marilyn and I were so sorry to now of Peter´s passing. Peter was my and family´s doctor for many years. I enjoyed golfing, tennis and running many miles with Peter. Elizabeth remember our rafting trip on the Dechutes river many years ago. I always cherish the memories shared with you and Peter. You´re in our thoughts and prayers. Bill Fahey & Marilyn Fleischer

I owe a debt of gratitude for Peter for the generosity of time and experience he was willing to share with me as I started my work within the realm of medical aid in dying. He was a mentor and a greatly respected expert in the region. He is missed greatly. My condolences to his family for what certainly is a huge loss. Peter was a friend through the ages. He was wise and caring and someone to count on. It will be hard to think of Portland without him here. He was the Best.
