Peter was a wizard at fixing and building anything. If the project needed complicated tools, it was no problem. Maybe, all the better. One time, just for an RV road trip for Matt, 4 of his cousins, Heather and Aunt Carol, he welded a bike rack to the gear rack that was held on the trailer hitch of the Chevy Astro. It was a genius design.
