Peter Paul McFadden

Peter P. McFadden, a beloved father and husband, passed away on Saturday, September 7th, at his home in Brick, NJ. 

He was born in 1938 in Cootehill, Ireland to Peter and Ena McFadden. He spent his childhood in Ardee, Ireland with a large and loving family. Peter came to the US as a young man and quickly charmed people with his intelligence and humor. He loved watching sports (Giants, Knicks, and Yankees), debating politics, religion, or anything else you wanted to discuss.  He is remembered as a great listener, an avid reader, and a dreamer.   

Peter is survived by his loving wife of fifty-four years, Connie McFadden. He is also survived by his three sons Peter, Michael, and Barry McFadden, his daughter Karyn McFadden, his two brothers Dermot and Michael, and his three grandchildren Abigail, Owen, and Brian.                                                                                                                        

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12, from 4pm – 8pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88 Brick. Cremation will be private.
