Mr. McGinty, I'm going to miss seeing you around Chopper and the Firemans Fair, thank you for wonderful childhood memories of Clapper rd and the pleasure of knowing such a wonderful family. RIP Sir.

Colleen and family, sending my heartfelt condolences to you on the passing of your dear father. Hearty soul and it sounds like with a heart of gold he had. God Bless and my sympathies.

Mr. McGinty was a larger then life figure in my growing up years, spending time at his home with his daughter Carolyn, who is still a dear, precious friend. He was always kind to me and made me feel welcome. He was a very dedicated man in many causes which i didnt learn about till i reached a much older age, giving me more reasons to respect and honor him as an individual, not seeking praise for all the good deeds. May you now rest in peace Peter.

An impressive man, intimidating at times, I must confess...but he had a wonderful laugh that came from his toes and a smile that lit the room. A life well lived, rest now, Pete. May God bless you and welcome you home.

Peter and I bowled together at Sporthaven in the St. Thomas League. He had a great sense of humor. We had a lot of laughs together. He was a wonderful guy. He was always there to come to your aide. He will be greatly missed. Love, Thomas Gallup
