Not sure what to say?

Peter and I lost touch in adulthood. I knew the 19-20 year Peter and he was a big influence on me, especially in music. We had many adventures together - London, Paris, Boston and, of course, Northampton. These experiences helped to shape my life and I will never forget him. To his family, especially his children, I am so sorry for your loss.

When I think of Pete I think of the Beatles. He was so unique, so special. Way before his time. He taught me about music outside of the classics I always listened to. I remember climbing up his long driveway, snowy and cold, with my favorite albums in my arms...man they were heavy! We would listen to music for hours. He would bust out the Clash and Sex Pistols and I would have my Neil Young..I remember saving old tennis rackets so I could watch Pete give his best impression of Pete...

Rest in peace. You will be missed. My condolences to the McHugh family

I was so very sad to learn of Peter's passing. He is a big presence in my childhood memories and has left this world far too soon. I remember his infectious laugh and kind heart. My thoughts are with you all with love.

I am sad to learn of Peter's illness and passage. He had a good sense of humor and was always cheerful when visiting our veterinary hospital. He always spoke proudly of his family. I am sorry for your loss.

To the entire McHugh family, especially Kathryn, John & Buzzy...I am so sorry for your loss. It's so sad to lose a sibling. My heart goes out to all of you. Sending prayers your way.

I worked with Peter a few years ago and always will remember his sense of humor and funny times we spent together....my prayers are with the family
