Peter Pell McLaughlin

Remembering Pete on this day, but i also think of him often. His sensitive , creative nature left an lasting and beautiful impact on myself and many others no doubt. I often think of the humor in his poetry, and how he encouraged me to keep writing. I'll always remember the love and support . He is greatly missed.

To a Rebel who lived without applause. Great caring character. You got it right Pete in a world that doesn't. You are Very much missed!

Pete was an excellent poet, but he was self-deprecating about it. His sense of humor and humility about his gifts impressed me as I was fortunate enough to hear him read his work. I find myself talking to him regularly, thinking of him often. I can't help it. He was beautiful, and I miss the opportunities we might have had. God bless him always and forever.
