Not sure what to say?

Dear Mary and All of Peter's Family,

Though it's been years since we last saw you, we will never forget Peter's
lively sense of humor, his somewhat impish grin, his articulateness and his pride in his family. These are special qualities, and Peter shared them with all - especially at all those Xavier gatherings in "the old days." Our thoughts are with you as you pass through this sad time and hope you know how positive and energizing it was being with Peter and you....

Mary and family
I am very sorry to hear about Peter. I worked with Peter at Xavier and we fast became family friends. He was a fine man, had a great personality and loved his family very much.
You and your family will be in my prayers and thoughts. I hope that the good memories you hold and the caring of friends will comfort you.

Peter was a joy to know! Went to H.S. with him, same class.
Very sorry to loose such a wonderful person.

Dear Mary and family,

I was saddened to read of Peter’s passing. He was one of those special people who made a lasting impression on me. He was a man for others and I’ll remember him for his deep dedication to the soup kitchen. I’ll also cherish your the invitations to your home and to be able to share my apple pressing with Peter. I know he enjoyed it.
My deepest sympathy is with you and your family. May God comfort you with peace.

What a pleasure it was to work with Peter at Xavier HS. His spirit and amazing sense of humor made even the worst of days better. I know his incredible spirit will live on in his children and grandchildren. Sending my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Peter Meah was one of the nicest gentlemen I had the good fortune to get to know. He was a devoted family man who loved Mary and all of his kids unconditionally. I had the great opportunity to coach Nora, Peter and John on the St. Rose basketball teams and got to know Peter and Mary rather well then. Many years prior to that, Peter was my boss and mentor at Camp Hubbard. He was always kind and helpful with a terrific sense of Irish humor. Meriden has lost a very fine gentleman. My heartfelt...
