PETER MENSCHING

Peter was (and somewhere probably still) is one of the kindest and most generous teachers of craft of anyone I have ever had the pleasure to work for. He had a relentless can do attitude and an outlook in life that gave opportunity and success to many people. I am sure he will be greatly missed by all.

I grew up with Peter. He was the nicest guy....very kind and sweet. He took me on my first motorcycle ride! I'll never forget it! It saddens me to learn of his passing. Peace and love be with you up above....My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

The circle of life ended too soon for Pete. He was a great person and friend. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Pete for over 20 years. He was great to work with, had great ideas, and always had a solution to any creative project or problem. He helped us open Star Trek: The Experience, was the GC for our Borg Invasion 4D modification 5 years later, and many other smaller projects for us. It was great knowing he was always here when I needed help or advise on a project. Pete I...

Peter was a friend, collaborator, and mentor to me. We work very closely as a team for a number of years on such projects as the Treasure Island Ships and Siegfried and Roy in Las Vegas, and Guys and Dolls and Sunset Boulevard for Broadway. I wish to express my deepest condolences to his friends and family. Rest in peace my friend.

Peter and I shared a great deal as collaborators on many of his brilliant creations over the years, as well as a fine friendship. We could build on one another's ideas and finish one another's sentences. We could visualize more in a phone conversation together than with other people in person with real models. Peter was gifted and visionary in his creative abilities and loved to create.

He influenced and inspired many. He will be missed very much.
